Peter Czakan (Managing Director)
is a Human Resources specialist with over 25 years experience in the Hospitality industry. He has worked at Southern Sun Hotels in a number of Human Resources management positions. In 1989, Peter joined Sun International in the capacity of Regional Human Resources Manager where he was responsible for the entire Human Resources function for seven countries. In 1995 he was appointed to the position of Group Industrial Relations Manager where he managed the unionisation process as well as all collective bargaining processes for the Group. It was during this time that he spearheaded the re-positioning of Sun International given the emergence of the new gaming dispensation. In March 2000 Peter established Extra Expertise, a Human Capital Consulting company.In February 2004, Peter was appointed to the position of Managing Director of InnStaff. His vision is to become the service provider of choice in the provision of holistic and customised solutions in the Hospitality and associated industries in Southern Africa.

Brigett Holman (General Manager - Gauteng)
has over 10 years’ experience in Business Development and Key Account Management within service industries. She was transferred from the Eastern Cape to Gauteng in 2001 as an Insurance Consultant. Brigett changed industries in 2002 to join an International Courier and Logistics company in the capacity of Senior Key Account Executive for the Gauteng Region. Brigett has a passion for service and customer excellence. In 2007 Brigett joined InnStaff as Business Development Manager and was responsible for new business and key account management nationally. In 2009 InnStaff secured two national contracts for Fifa World Cup 2010. Brigett was appointed National Project Manager and dedicated client liaison for the World Cup project. After InnStaff’s successful deployment of 7500 trained staff at all 10 stadiums, Brigett was promoted to General Manager for Gauteng.

Ravy Thomas (General Manager – Northwest Province & Swaziland)
has over 15 years experience in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage Industries. After completing his Hotel Management Diploma through Protea Hotels, he worked as the Food & Beverage Manager for Protea Hotels for 10 years. In 2005, Ravy joined the InnStaff team as Business Unit Manager for Sun City, and was later promoted to General Manager for the Northwest Province.

Koos Loots (General Manager - Western Cape)
has over 7 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. He started his career working for the “Top Restaurants Group” in Cape Town where after he was transferred to Sun City Resort for “The Famous Butchers Grill”. He obtained his National Diploma in Hospitality Management at the Technological University of the Free State. During his career he worked at well known 5 star hotels. He has held various Food & Beverage Manager positions and in February 2010 he joined InnStaff as the general Manager for Western Cape.

Maretha Langenhoven (Business Development Manager - Housekeeping)
has been involved in the service and hospitality industry since 1999. She obtained a Diploma in Public Relations as well as in Human Resources Management from Damelin College. Maretha started her career as Branch Manager of a hospitality contract cleaning company providing laundry and housekeeping services to hotels and game lodges. In 2008 she was recruited as Assistant Head Housekeeper on board the Carnival Pride Cruise ship where she was responsible for the housekeeping and laundry services of a 1062 roomed cruise ship. Prior to joining the InnStaff team, Maretha was Head Housekeeper for the world renowned 5* Singita Sabi Sand, Ebony & Boulders Lodges. She was responsible for improving the housekeeping department by implementing systems and procedures, training and development of staff and improving overall service delivery. Maretha was part of the team who obtained the 2011 Travel & Leisure Magazine’s award for the 2nd Best Hotel in the World. Maretha has a passion for the Hospitality industry, development of staff and service delivery and believes that the “sky is the limit”.

Marlan Naidoo (Operations Manager – KwaZulu Natal)
Marlan has been in the hospitality Industry for 13 years, starting off in 1999 at the Southern Sun Group where he held the position of Beverage Manager and earned the “Dare to Soar” award from Southern Sun. In 2004 he joined Sibiya Casino as part of the Opening Team and in 2005 moved on to Tribeca as a Manager of the biggest Woolworths Café in KZN. In 2007, he joined InnStaff as Assistant Account Executive at Zimbali Lodge and then Account Executive at Suncoast Casino. In 2011 he was appointed Operations Manager for InnStaff KZN.

Kim Wiggett (Operations Manager – Eastern Cape)
Kim has been working in the Hospitality industry since 1998. She obtained her National Diploma from PE College in 2005. During her career she has worked at some prestigious country clubs in the USA, namely Woodfield in Florida and Green Valley in Philadelphia. Upon her return to South Africa in 2006, she held a restaurant management position until joining the Mantis Collection as Food and Beverage Manager at Shamwari Townhouse in 2008 and during this time assisted for a season as FOH Manager at Alladale Wilderness Lodge in Scotland. In 2010 she was promoted to General Manager of Boutique Hotel joining the group in Port Elizabeth and was responsible for the opening of the Hotel. Kim joined InnStaff in 2011 in the Eastern Cape.

Bronwen Barry (Training Manager)
has been involved in the Hospitality industry since 2000. Bronwen has worked in operations at a number of casinos in Johannesburg and she has also worked in the food and beverage services industry where she headed up the Training Department. Bronwen has a Trainer Development Diploma & SDF obtained from Maccauvlei Training Academy. Bronwen has a passion for training and development and a wealth of knowledge in training in the hospitality industry.

Zelda Graham (Training Manager - Coastal)
has over 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Degree in Human Resource Management, and is a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. Zelda started her career with InnStaff as the Branch Manager at Sun City and after holding this position for 3 years, she was transferred to Cape Town as the General Manager of the Western Cape region in 2008. After being in this position for 2 years, Zelda took up the task of Project Manager for the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup for Bloemfontein, Nelspruit and Polokwane. Zelda is currently Training Manager for the Coastal Regions, where she is responsible for identifying training needs and delivering an effective and pro-active training solution to our clients and staff.
